Nick is an Assistant Project Manager at Caliber Solutions, which was founded by his mother. Earning a degree in accounting from Texas Tech University, Nick brings a unique blend of financial acumen and hands-on experience to the construction industry. Over three summers, Nick honed his skills working on various construction projects in West Texas.

During the summer of his freshman year, while working on a project in Carlsbad, NM, he told Kellye that he wanted to join the company and “do it better than she did it.” This determination and drive have been key to his success in ensuring the successful execution of projects, leveraging his diverse background to drive efficiency and excellence.

Outside of work, Nick has a deep love for the outdoors. He enjoys bird hunting and fishing, riding horses, raising cattle, and helping fellow ranchers. These hobbies not only provide relaxation but also reinforce his connection to the land and community.

Justin Powell has dedicated over 13 years to a leadership role at Caliber, where he has expertly directed estimating, project controls, projects, and vendors and subcontractor management.. As a Master Electrician of record in seven states and a mechanical license holder in three states, Justin brings a wealth of technical expertise to his role. He also holds an instrumentation degree from LIT, further enhancing his technical acumen.

Justin’s leadership style is characterized by his unwavering commitment to his team and projects. He is known for being willing to help the team where needed. His ability to travel and meet with clients to support projects demonstrates his dedication and flexibility. Justin’s focused, tenacious, and dependable work habits, combined with his quick technical and numerical skills, make him an invaluable and loyal member of the team.
